Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are available by request; simply contact via ETSY conversation. Please note that custom orders may require additional time to create. For example, custom orders may not ship for up to 5 weeks following purchase taking into account size of the order. Custom orders cannot be returned.
All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) plus fifteen dollar ($15.00) shipping fee. Additional shipping costs will be factored into quotes for larger orders.

Care instructions
While these handmade arrangements are not fresh flowers, they are still fragile. Please take care when examining your arrangement and storing for your big day. It is best to store most arrangements upright, in a vase and out of direct sunlight.
Are there bouquets for my bridesmaids?
If you would like miniature replica of your bridal bouquet for bridesmaids or toss bouquet, simply contact us regarding a custom order and pricing for those items.
Returns?
Elegance In Silk does not currently accept returns, however will work closely with buyers to find an agreeable solution if you are unhappy with your item(s) for any reason. Please inspect all purchases upon receipt and contact seller right away with any concerns.
